Never Kiss A Mermaid Because If You Do

Look directly above this very paragraph and you'll find a brand new page for the brand new Tin Armor 7". It contains four brand spanking new Tin Armor songs available on a limited run of clear vinyl. Each 7" comes with a password so you can download the songs for free. This is one of the best looking and sounding 7"s I've seen and definitely been a part of.

And don't forget to sign up for the Whoa Oh Records Team for Hands on New York Day, www.handsonnewyorkday.org/whoaohrecords Whoa Oh Team

It seems that Tin Armor won't be the only Ohio band with a new record on Whoa Oh. More to come.

Kick Down The Door and We'll Bust Right Through

Saturday, April 12 New York Cares is running Hands On New York Day, which I've taken part in under NYU's banner the last few years. I've decided to start a Whoa Oh Team because I strongly believe in what New York Cares does and I love this city so much that this is the least I can do to give back. The day runs from about 9:30 to about 3:30 and the activities have varied from painting, to picking up leaves, to planting flowers. I highly recommend everyone participate. If you do there's a mandatory donation of $5 which gets you a t-shirt and the proceeds go to help New York City. If you can't participate there's a link on our team site where you can straight up donate. Thanks guys, this really means a lot to me.

Oh, Oh, Oh, This Is The Dance For All The Lovers

The Tin Armor 7" sleeves and inserts are in but the vinyl is still a few weeks away. I'm happy to announce that we'll have a special download to go along with this release when you buy the record, notice I didn't say if you buy the record. Here's the cover:

In other news, the Kung Fu Monkeys collection has an official name and probably a final cover. That title is "Whoa Oh Records Presents:Christmas For Breakfast 41 Toe-Tapping Head-Bopping Hip-Swinging Hi-Fi Bug Beat Kiddie Pop Audio Adventures" Here's the cover:

No Recess

As you can see from what's above this very blurb, the Lost Locker Combo's debut full length "Freshman Orientation" is out now. It's like School of Rock meets School House Rock.

The Ergs "Dork Rock Cork Rod" is back for a 3rd pressing in case you missed the first two pressings. Also, The Ergs "Books About Miles Davis" is back in print for one final run.

Oh and if you haven't heard, starting now and running through Valentine's Day, you can get all this stuff for $12 shipped media mail:

The Ergs "Books About Miles Davis" 7"
The Ergs/ Lemuria Split 7"
Dirt Bike Annie/ Kung Fu Monkeys "Wedding EP" 7"x2
The Grand Prixx/ The Proteens "Wicked Split" 7"
Triple Bypass "Memories We Never Had" 7"

If that isn't enough I'll throw in a cdr of all the songs so you can load um on your ipod.
